Rwanda’s missions abroad

Rwanda currently has 46 Diplomatic Missions   and one (1) General Consulate covering 147 countries, regional and international organisations.

In addition, 37 honorary consuls represent our strategic interests in 17 Countries.

At a regional and international level, Rwanda is a member of 201 multilateral organisations.

The number of diplomatic missions with residence in Rwanda is 45. A total of 35 regional and international organisations have representation in Rwanda and 20 countries are represented by Honorary Consuls.

Additionally, there are 72 non-resident diplomatic missions accredited to Rwanda.
