In Brussels for a working visit, Minister Biruta also met with Mr Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy & Vice-President of the EU Commission. They exchanged on the AU-EU Summit preparations as well as the situation in the Great Lakes Region.
