Minister Biruta signs a host country agreement with Akademia 2063
On 11 August 2021, Minister Vincent Biruta signed the host country agreement with Akademia 2063, represented by Dr Ousmane Badiane, its founder and executive chairperson. The agreement regulates relations between Rwanda and Akademia 2063 as regards the establishment of its main office in Kigali.
