Minister Vincent Biruta participates in the ICGLR mini Summit on the political and security situation in the Central African Republic.
On 29 January 2021, Minister Vincent Biruta was in Luanda, Angola to particate, on behal of H.E. President Paul Kagame, in the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) mini Summit on the political and security situation in the Central African Republic.
The mini Summit has been convened by H.E. President João Lourenço of Angola, in his capacity as Chair of the ICGLR.
