Minister Vincent Biruta travels to the Democratic Republic of Congo to deliver a message from H.E. Paul Kagame to H.E. Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo
On 19 January 2021, Minister Vincent Biruta was on an official visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo where he delivered a message from H.E. President Paul Kagame to H.E. President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo. This was an occasion to discuss bilateral cooperation as well as regional matters. This visit contributed to exploring ways to further strengthening existing relations.
