Permanent Secretary, Clementine Mukeka participates in the virtual Liaison Committee Meeting and Open-Ended Working Group
On 23-25 February 2021, PS Clementine Mukeka participated in the virtual meetings of the Liaison Committee and Open-Ended Working Group on behalf of Rwanda. The two meetings were the occasion to brief all member countries represented on CHOGM 2021 preparations and to discuss the key themes that will be addressed in June.
These meetings were co-chaired by Amb. Yamina Karitanyi, High Commissioner of Rwanda to the UK and Prof. Luis Franceschi, Senior Director of the Peace and Governance Directorate at the Commonwealth Secretariat.
Prof. Franceschi travelled to Kigali to attend these important meetings.
