Rwanda hosts retreat of Permanent Representatives Committee of Au on institutional reform and agenda 2063
Kigali, 8-11 June 2023 – Rwanda hosted the Retreat of Permanent Representatives Committee of the African Union on Institutional Reform and Agenda 2063. The retreat discussed the institutional reforms and the second decade of Agenda 2063.
The opening session of the retreat was addressed by Prof. Nshuti Manasseh, Minister of State in charge of East African Community at Rwanda’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and H. E Moussa Faki Mahammat, Chairperson of African Union Commission.
The retreat brought together members of the AU Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC), African Union Organs, and the Regional Economic Communities (RECs). Read more.
